אנו רואים חשיבות רבה במתן שירות שוויוני לכלל הגולשים, ופועלים כדי שהאתר יהיה נגיש לאנשים עם מוגבלות בהתאם לחוק שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות, התשנ"ח–1998, ולתקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), התשע"ג–2013.
האתר נבנה במטרה לעמוד בתקן הישראלי ת"י 5568 ברמת AA, המבוסס על הנחיות WCAG 2.0 של ארגון W3C. בין ההתאמות שבוצעו:
חלק מהנתונים באתר נאספים ממקורות חיצוניים (לוחות דרושים ואתרי מעסיקים) ומוצגים כפי שהתקבלו; ייתכנו פערי נגישות בתוכן זה שאינם בשליטתנו המלאה. אנו פועלים לשיפור מתמשך. בימים אלה אנו משלימים בדיקת נגישות ידנית מקיפה (ניווט מקלדת וקורא מסך); נעדכן הצהרה זו עם סיומה.
